Dr. Kshama Rajgor is a Chief Trainer and Early Literacy Specialist with Jolly Phonics and Jolly Literacy since 2014, dedicated to strengthening literacy among children and educators. She holds a Degree in Mass Media, Honorary Doctorate in Education and Academic Leadership, Diploma in ECCEd, and TESOL/TEFL certification. A former Preschool Deputy Section Head and Best Teacher Award recipient, she founded a literacy initiative, leads literacy Olympiads across India and globally, and contributes to Jolly Futures India. Through innovative training and Jolly Classroom, she empowers educators and promotes accessible, effective literacy teaching.
