She holds a Master of Education (Leadership), Bachelor of Education (Primary), Certificate qualifications in Early Childhood Education, TESOL/ESL, and experience in teaching Australian Indigenous Affairs at the tertiary level.
Since 2017, Annette has served as an Official Jolly Phonics Trainer Consultant, conducting international workshops across Papua New Guinea that emphasise Early Childhood Education (ECE) pedagogy, STEM Methodology & Curriculum Writing, and English as a Second Language (ESL) acquisition through the Jolly Learning program. Her work has positively impacted diverse cultural groups across the nation, fostering transformative learning for both children and adults.
Driven by the simple, yet profound question: “W.H.Y. Do we teach...?” Annette encourages educators to reflect on their purpose, focusing on the 'What-How-You' of education to inspire impactful global citizenship and transformational change as 21st-century learners. Passionate about empowering others, she supports English language development across the South Pacific Islands and within Australia, guided by her simple life philosophy: 'One Person, One Day'.
Annette stands firm on her faith in all endeavours, guided by Philippians 4:13 ESV: “I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.”
