With over two decades of expertise in early childhood education and Neeti is the owner of an Early Years facility. She holds a master’s degree along with a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and is also a certified Consultant for Handwriting Without Tears (USA).

Based in Mumbai, India, Neeti owns a preschool and an ECCE Teachers Training Center. She is a strong proponent of Jolly Phonics, believing that the program has been instrumental in helping children, especially those learning English as a second language, develop essential language skills. By using Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar, her students have gained confidence in reading, spelling, and speaking.

Neeti had the honor of delivering the keynote address at an event in Azerbaijan, where she shared her extensive knowledge of the Jolly Phonics method. In 2019, she became the first trainer to introduce Jolly Phonics to Bhutan.

As the Delivery Partner for Jolly Futures in India, Neeti has successfully completed projects in the state of Sikkim and three districts of Maharashtra. Her goal is to empower teachers and extend quality education to the remotest regions of India, enhancing opportunities for students nationwide.
