Shanthi completed her bachelor of arts and she has completed kindergarten and Montessori training, TESOL and TEFL and certification by Andrell education and phonics international. She has completed ECE Educator workshop on active learning techniques in Asian international college, Singapore. Shanthi has 22 years of training experience in kindergarten and is a connoisseur in activity-based teaching. Shanthi started her career as a KG Teacher and raised to the position of Academic Co-ordinator in a reputed school within a short span of time. She has conducted various seminars in training teachers on activity-based teaching methodology in various reputed schools in Tamil Nadu for more than 10 years. The love of children and the faith of parents urged her to contribute to the field of education by quitting her rewarding job and taking up Jolly Training, which led to the genesis of Phonic Champs. She runs many branches in Chennai and proves more than 650 children every year in their reading and Grammar skill. She is doing lot of teachers training programs in many private schools and training individuals periodically. So far, she trained around 3000 teachers on Jolly phonics and Jolly grammar methodology and 2000 teachers on innovative and creative techniques in classroom activity-based learning. She is a part of Jolly futures and completed more than 15 districts in Tamil Nadu.
