Ms. Dipti Shah is a Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar Trainer with extensive experience in early literacy instruction and teacher training. I have been actively engaged in the field of education since 2018 and deeply committed to promoting effective literacy learning through the Jolly Learning methodology.

I began my journey as an educator in schools, where I developed a strong passion for teaching young learners using phonics-based methods. In 2020, I joined an edtech company based in India , as a full-time educator and consultant. Through my work, I have successfully taught over 500 plus children, helping them develop fluency in reading, writing, and communication through systematic phonics instruction.

In 2023, joined the Jolly Future Project in Assam, where I continue to serve as a trainer To date, I have trained more than 1,000 plus teachers, supporting them in adopting Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar methodologies within their classrooms.

I am a strong advocate of continuous learning and regularly participates in professional development programmes to enhance my knowledge and teaching skills. I integrate creativity and innovation into my sessions to ensure effective and engaging training experiences.

My vision is to promote the Jolly Phonics methodology across India, helping every child become an independent and confident reader. I believe that empowering educators with the right training and tools can bring lasting improvement in literacy education and inspire a lifelong love for learning.
