Richard Mushambi is a passionate educator with a Diploma in Education (Primary) and over 15 years of classroom experience as an English teacher. He has spent more than five years using the Jolly Phonics programme to teach reading, writing, and spelling, achieving excellent results with his learners.

He has a passion and talent for literacy education, teaching children who learn differently, and providing challenge programmes for gifted and talented learners. Richard is also an expert in the areas of learning difficulties and emotional intelligence, which has strengthened his ability to support a wide range of learners effectively.

Through his work, Richard has successfully used Jolly Phonics to help struggling readers gain confidence and improve their literacy skills.

As an Officially Trainer Jolly Phonics Trainer in Eswatini, Richard looks forward to promoting and delivering Jolly Phonics workshops to help teachers and schools enhance early literacy education across the country.
