Raiwin has over 15 years of experience integrating Jolly Phonics program in kindergarten to upper primary classes in bilingual and international schools. She was trained as a Montessori teacher and has extensive teaching experience working in IB school settings as a Jolly Phonics coach, as well as a PYP EAL and MYP learning support teacher.
Her work with EAL students who faced challenges with reading and spelling development led her to attend Jolly Phonics courses. Her strong belief in the benefits of using the Jolly Phonics teaching approach, along with her desire to better support her students in thriving within mainstream classes, prompted her to attend training in the UK. There, she had the opportunity to receive one-on-one training from Sue Lloyd, the co-author of the Jolly Phonics program.
After successfully using Jolly Phonics for several years, Raiwin is thrilled to share fantastic results with other educators. She provides workshops on Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar for teachers and parents and is available to assist schools interested in adopting the Jolly Phonics program to fit into their literacy curriculum.
