Ms. Hiran Bagadia is an avid Educator, Teacher Trainer and Director of Balaji Eduserve, an institute to empower, enlighten and encourage children, teachers and parents. She is also the Territory Head of Early Childhood Association, Vadodara Chapter, and is working towards achieving her Doctorate in Education with specialisation in literacy.
With more than one and half decades of experience in teaching children in Early Years, she was introduced to Jolly Phonics in 2005 and was so in love with the programme that she introduced the programme in the schools that she worked for in Mumbai and Bangalore. She now teaches children with spelling and reading difficulties and has achieved success.
As a trainer, it is her dream to reach out to as many children as possible to learn English in a multi sensory way, and is therefore determined to introduce and train as many parents and teachers in Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar. She has an experience of presenting workshops regionally and nationally for groups large and small.
