An educationist, academic and career counsellor, Sadhana is the founder-director of Harmony KidZ-becon4minds.
With a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications and International Diploma in Psychology Counselling, she has work experience from the IT industry as a Technical Writer, international schools as a parent volunteer, and locals schools as an educational consultant and trainer. She conducts workshops on Smart Parenting, Jolly Phonics, Handwriting and Personality profiling to help institutions, parents and children make smarter choices for accelerated growth. She has also set up a school-wide Handwriting framework in renowned schools in Bengaluru.
Her goal is to empower people in the field of literacy, talent assessment and learning methodologies. She has been teaching Jolly Phonics for 6 years and has trained children, government school teachers (through an NGO), private schools, and aspirant entrepreneurs in Jolly Phonics. She has worked with special children with dyslexia and ADHD and has been able to successfully teach reading using Jolly Phonics methodologies. She believes that Jolly Phonics and Grammar is a gift to all those who wish to learn English systematically, regardless of their age and background, because of its structural approach that encompasses every aspect of reading, writing and language development.
