Naglaa has been teaching English for eight years. She began teaching English as a second language to young learners when she found out about the Jolly Phonics programme. Seeing the magical results and how the 5 year-old children were reading and writing English, she decided to help other teachers how to use the Jolly Phonics programme in their classrooms.
Naglaa is also the founder of Montessori Academy where she teaches children. She also has considerable professional experience in translating/editing and founded with her AUC colleagues the company ‘ISO Translation’ which started in 2012.
