Irene Baysal, a native of Southern California and UCLA graduate, taught EFL in kindergarten and primary schools abroad for 15 years. She is currently the director of a boutique home preschool in Southern California.
She uses Jolly Phonics in her classroom religiously and sees incredible results. She is very passionate about Jolly Phonics and is eager to provide training to teachers and schools to raise levels of literacy regardless of learning styles or difficulties. She sees how Jolly Phonics reaches different learning styles (visual, auditory, kinaesthetic) through stories and songs that are fun and easy for children to learn and recall.
Irene has been enthusing colleagues, giving training presentations and speaking at conferences about Jolly Phonics to raise standards across the board.
